I'm looking for a clean and comfy home, with laundry, my own room, happy to share bathroom, prefer separate toilet. I need fridge and freezer space.... some pantry shelf space for a few dry foods, tins, packets .... just asking for common sharing space courtesy...... I keep my room and common shared areas clean and respectful... I take care of my own cleaning and laundry.
I travel light, with my basic linen.
Or loaded with white goods, furniture
etc 👍 all the home comforts....
I prefer to bring my own double bed, but will be happy with, and flexible with, what you're offering, without disturbing your set-up.
I do drink alcohol in moderation and
I don't do drugs (and don't participate) though I don't mind socialising with housemates and friends, who enjoy a drink, perhaps share a meal/cooking/
movies ; normal sharing social activities.

I can bring lounge furniture, fridge, microwave, chest freezer if that would enhance the home. If not, it will all go into storage.....I'm originally from Scotland, and am an Australian citizen.
I have a small non-barking female dog, if lease permits and if not, she will stay with family..... would love to be able to have her with me..... please contact me if you think we could be a good compatible fit, and I'd like to move in 9th December, if possible, as I have a truck booked to take my gear into storage, if not needed.
