I'm proactively looking for a clean furnished home, with laundry, my own room, happy to share bathroom, (prefer separate toilet)
I need fridge and freezer space.... some pantry shelf space for a few dry foods, tins, packets .... just asking for "common sharing space" courtesy...... I keep my room and common shared areas clean and respectful... I take care of my own cleaning and laundry.
I travel light, with my basic linen.
Prefer double bed, but will be happy with what you're offering.
I don't drink alcohol and
I don't do drugs though I don't mind socialising with housemates and friends, who enjoy a drink, perhaps share a meal/cooking/
movies ; normal sharing social activities.
I have a stable Reliable income : my affairs are private, and I respect your privacy and will never intrude or impose on your private life.......I have a moral compass : I am mindful of my housemate's needs for privacy and confidentiality.
