About myself
Hi there (waving)! I'm Summer, a 27 year old professional who has lived in Sydney for 2 years. Originally from China but in the past 9 years I have been studying and working in Sydney, Adelaide and Malaysia with different roommates. I’ve stayed in my current studio at Potts Point for two years but I want to move to somewhere with air con (or near the ocean) and private laundry machine (I can move in with my own washing machine).

My lifestyle
I work 9 to 5 (sometimes longer) in office/client sites and I prefer to have some life when I'm in the house or keep it to myself in my room. I'm a little bit OCD so I'd be keen to clean my room and public area simply because it makes me feel better with clean living environment.

Let me know if you are open for a chat or inspection :) I'm flexible with move in date, only need to give my current accommodation 3 weeks notice after current lease ends on 2nd Jan.
