Hi I’m Matt, 29 from the UK. Looking for an easygoing, friendly, clean and tidy house.

I work full time in tech in Circular Quay 3/4 days week with Weds / Friday from home.

I’m active and value a healthy lifestyle, gym or run most days. Surf, play football, golf and padel. Though currently recovering from ACL injury so it’s physio exercises on repeat for the time being.
I’m independent and got my own life going on but would be nice to have friendly chat and laugh with flatmate too.

I enjoy being an early riser over a night out and after 2 years in eastern subs, looking forward to a move to the beaches.
