Hey, I’m Jashan. Working full-time and currently looking for a place in the area.

I’m pretty easygoing and enjoy a friendly but relaxed home vibe. I like a bit of chat here and there, but also respect personal space and downtime.

I keep things clean, tidy up after myself, and I’m mindful of shared spaces. Weekdays are usually work-focused for me, and in my free time I’m either at the gym, out for a walk, or just recharging.

Reliable with rent and bills, no drama, and I’m easy to live with.
