Hi I’m Joshua, I’m 34, Clean and courteous with an interest in healthy living, from Perth and am looking for a quiet space to rent. I have some time off until work starts again around early/mid Jan as a plumber, so it’s a perfect opportunity to time move before then. My place’s lease is coming to an end with no extension, will be moving with minimum possessions and leaving the rest with a relative, plans on working the next year, then off to travel for a while, so a 6-12 month stay is preferred. I am a chilled guy that generally rises early, get my exercise and practices done, then work, finishing with a hobby or socialising, rinse repeat.
