Zach

Hi, my name is Zach. I'm 31yo and I have a 7yo Son (Oliver) whom I have a co-parenting arrangement where I look after him 1-2 days on the weekend. (I am happy paying a bit more so he has his own room; for example, if a 3 bedroom property is $500/week, then I'm happy paying $300/week otherwise, im fine sharing a room with him as long as it can fit both of our beds). He is very well behaved and incredibly charismatic, you'll be making friends with him in no time.

I work full-time in IT as a Network Engineer. I am employed full time and have been for 10 years. In my spare time, I generally keep to myself playing PC games, but don't mind an occasional drink every now and again.

I am very energy/utility conscious and will avoid wastage where I can. I like to keep my space tidy, and do an occasional big clean every few months.

I have never missed a rent or bill payment and believe you should pay your dues immediately before spending on anything else.
