I have recently written 4 childrens books, the first of which is in publishing. I currently work for a company whereby I am not home often due to casual FIFO employment.
I have great rental references and can also supply personal character references. I am currently residing in Modbury, but need to find alternate accommodation end of November.
I am a mature, easy going, clean and tidy tenant. I enjoy my own time, however, am quite sociable for the odd catch up.
I am looking for a quiet dwelling and a room to call my own.
