My name is Paolo, I'm an italian 40 years old chef, not smoker, single and moving alone. I work Full time in the magical and sometimes hated world of hospitality. I'm sociable, I love cleanliness and order (at least in the common areas), beautiful design and of course pasta, lot of pasta. . . and no, I don't drink espresso.
Recently I've been dedicating myself to a creative fashion project that takes up my time and energy, but in a very satisfying way.
I love hats, pistachios, music, ice cream…all the sweet things in life and I think the best conversations are born unexpectedly at night.
Although I tend to have a reserved attitude, I have always time for a salsa. work yes, but also have fun. few friends, but good ones.
