About Me:
Hi I’m Ahmer, a Planning Civil Engineer based in Perth working in project controls and construction consultancy. I studied at Edith Cowan University in Joondalup so the northern suburbs have always felt like home to me. I’m currently working on a major water desalination plant project in Alkimos which keeps me well and truly rooted in the north. I also run my own online business on the side so I’m ambitious, career driven and always working toward something. That also means I genuinely value coming home to a peaceful and comfortable environment to recharge and focus.
I’m professional, clean, financially stable and easy to live with. I keep regular hours, respect shared spaces and believe a well maintained home makes a big difference to your day to day life.

Ideal Home:
A 2 to 3 bedroom house in the northern suburbs of Perth, ideally somewhere between Joondalup and Alkimos or surrounding areas. Something modern, well maintained and clean with parking available and ideally close to shops, cafes or public transport.

Budget:
Looking at something reasonable split between two people, ideally $250 to $350 per week each depending on the property.

About Living With Me:
I’m tidy, organised and take pride in a clean home. I respect personal space and quiet time and occasionally work from home so I naturally keep things calm. I’m a non smoker with no pets.

Who I’m Looking For:
A working professional ,who is easy to communicate with and values a clean and respectful shared home. Someone who appreciates a peaceful living environment. Non smoker preferred.
