Hi, I'm 28 years old and working full-time. I'm easygoing, clean, considerate, and respectful. Always lovely to make a new friend but if you are introverted and prefer to keep to yourself that's fine too. In my spare time I like exploring new places, trying new restaurants, going for walks etc.
I don't have any pets (but I don't mind if you do!)
I don't smoke (but I don't mind if you do).
I'm flexible with the move date, and would like an apartment in Parramatta with a view and a balcony. Would be a nice bonus to get a place with facilities e.g. gym, pool etc (but not essential for me).
Meriton, V by Crown, The Lennox apartments etc or something similar is what I'm looking for.
Can also team up to find a place together, if we can find a furnished place, or if you have your own furniture.
I don't own a car so the parking space would be yours or we can rent it out.
I've already found a few good places, mainly searching for the right flatmate now :)
