I’m currently living in a studio in City Beach - for the past 2.5 years, my landlord now wants to reclaim the space.

I’m considerate, independent, quiet, honest, kind, tidy, single, reliable.
Non-smoker/drinker and drug free.
I work part time for a builder, 8.30am-4.30pm Mon and Tues. Also studying online at Tafe.

I’m seeking a Studio/Granny flat or large room with own bathroom.
I spend most of my free time at the beach or pool, in bed by 9pm on weekdays and I enjoy listening to podcasts and watching movies.

I have 2x15 yr old, predominantly indoor cats who spend 1 hour/day outside.
Can pay a pet bond.
