I’m a quiet and respectful full-time student at the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC). I’ll also be working part-time, so I’ll have a very busy schedule and won’t be home much.

I’m a non-smoker, clean, and very mindful of shared living spaces. I don’t party and prefer a calm, peaceful home environment.

I’ve been living in Australia for the past 3 years on a Working Holiday visa, so I understand Australian culture and shared house etiquette well. I’ll be studying for the next 2 years on a student visa, so I’m looking for a stable, long-term place to call home.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, easy to communicate with, and value a respectful household.
