I am 22 year old student female. I keep to myself and am never home and when I am I stay in my room for the most part. A little about myself: I am currently employed as a domestic assistant/personal care worker and food and beverage assistant. I am also a student and currently studying. I have a stable and secure income and excellent savings and am currently saving for a deposit for my first home. I’m very laid back and enjoy my own space to read and study. I take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept living space, and I am committed to being a responsible and respectful tenant. I am looking for a place nearby amenities such as shops, UNI/TAFE, beach, family and gym and proximity for both of my workplaces. In my free time I enjoy indoor gardening and hanging out with family and friends. On my weekends off I also volunteer at a horse rescue. I am happy to provide references from previous landlords or workplaces. Non smoker I would preferably like to be close to Newcastle for work and family reasons and need a room with lots of natural light for all my plants!
