Still looking for a room to rent.

I'm a typically quiet person who keeps to themself and spend most nights at home, riding my horse about 4-5 times per week. On the weekends I like to get out doing activities, hiking, exploring etc. around my riding. Every now and again I enjoy a night out or going to an event but I'm definitely no party animal.
I've had a long-term career in the Department of Justice for over 12 years and been based in Tasmania since August 2023, with some nights spent working away each month.
I like to keep my spaces tidy and clutter free, try to stick to a relatively strict cleaning schedule and keep on top of cleaning throughout the week.
I consider myself an affable person who can get along with most people quite easily, I'm approachable and appreciate directness, however, I do very much enjoy my own space and respect other people's space and privacy as well. I would like to be in a house with a similar individual.
