Hello, I'm Grace!
I am a nurse working in the Illawarra area. Currently living in woonona.

I am a friendly introvert, considerate, clean, and respectful. Looking for a relaxing base/ peaceful oasis to call home when not at work.

Essential for me is:
1) housemates who are respectful, clean and not loud (not a party house)
2) nonsmoking household, i have asthma and susceptible to respiratory stuff if exposed to regular smoke
3) not too many stairs - have a spinal injury I'm managing quite well, but lots of stairs aggravates it.
4) people who clean their dishes and not leave them sitting there for days.

About me: I am friendly and peaceful and good at keeping things clean, ensuring bin bags are emptied and replaced when needed. Good at giving people their space, or being a listening ear /supportive housemate when needed.

I personally like my space, a lot! But also believe, people need people. So i try to strike a balance and be available if someone needs a little bit of company. About me: i love animals, nature, trees, ocean pool swimming and listening to music while i walk.
I prefer to live with people who also treat home base as a place to relax and prefer to do their socialising outside the home predominantly. I am currently 34.
