Easy going and relaxed, divorced dad, kids live with mom 100% of the time.

I work for State Owned Corporation in the Parramatta CBD, so Im looking to rent in the area. Please do not contact me with offers outside of my preferred area.

Looking for a house/unit share Oatlands, North Rocks, north Parramatta, Parramatta, Holroyd, Merrylands, Granville areas (within 5km of Parramatta CBD)

My preference is for unfurnished as I have enough to furnish a two bedroom apartment. I will need to purchase a washing machine and a new/updated fridge.

I work weekdays and have weekends off. When at home, I enjoy cooking, reading, music and watching movies. I speak with my kids several times during the week and see them on weekends.

Non-smoker, social drinker and not a party animal, although I don’t mind socialising with and hanging out w house mates/friends for barbecues/birthdays/impromptu gatherings when appropriate.

I’m a bit introverted at first, but will warm up once settled and grounded.
