Hi there, my name is Sammy. I'm 24 years old and I've have about 7 years worth of rental/sharehousing experience. You should know I am trans (she/her). 💃
I'm looking for a granny flat/unit or room in the Newcastle area. I'm friendly and love to have a chat! New to the area and don’t know anyone so making some friends would be a bonus! I'm honest and respectful of others and want what’s best for everyone in the household.
I spend most of my time either out and about attending therapy/appointments, or at home with my cats. I like pop music and loveee singing and dancing. Also I enjoy watching movies and tv shows but I can never pick so having someone to do that with would be cool. When it’s nice weather you’ll find me at the beach 🧜‍♀️
I enjoy having a cheeky beverage when I go out on the town but I don’t like drinking at home/alone. I do vape.
Happy to pickup extra household chores to help out as I’m currently not working because I’m taking a mental health break. But don’t fret, I am on Centrelink which will easily cover rent/expenses :)

❗️❗️ I have 4 cats who I would like to bring with me, they are the sweetest cats I've ever met, they are my babies and I’m lucky I got to rescue them! They help me in so many ways! 🥹 They are my ESA’s so for me it’s very important that they come with me. 🐱😻

I’ve found myself going through a very hard time in my life dealing with recent complex grief/loss and now fleeing a dv relationship and I could really use a break. I hope you can consider me. Would definitely appreciate living with people close to my age who have an understanding of adversity and who are lgbt+ friendly 😇

❗️❗️I’ve been approved for the start safely subsidy, as well as bond extra (extra money on top of the bond). Plus a few lump sums are being processed and will continue to keep me financially stable, so I am confident in being able to pay rent/bills with ease and finally become independent again. Hoping that later in the year once things cool down I’ll start studying so that I can return to work 🥳
