Hi there, my name is Sammy. I'm 24 years old and I've have over 6 years worth of rental history. You should know I am trans (she/her). I'm looking for a granny flat or room in the Newcastle area. I'm friendly and love to have a chat! New to the area and don’t know anyone so making some friends would be a bonus. I'm honest and respectful of others and want what’s best for everyone in the household.
I am quiet when I need to be, will spend most of my time either out and about attending therapy, or at home with my cats. I like pop music and enjoy singing and dancing here and there. Also I enjoy watching movies and tv shows but I can never pick so having someone to do that with would be cool. Happy to do household chores as I’m currently not working due to mental health. But am on Centrelink benefits which will easily cover rent. I have 4 cats who I would like to bring with me, they are the sweetest cats I've ever met, they are my babies and I’m lucky I got to rescue them! They help me in so many ways. I don’t do illegal drugs or drink alcohol but I do vape. I like the idea of social drinking out at the pub or club occasionally but right now with my mental health it’s best I don’t partake in alcohol with the meds I’m on. Doesn’t mean I can’t have a non alcoholic drink though. I can still be fun :)
I’m going through the toughest time in my life dealing with grief/loss and now a breakup and I could really use a break. I hope you can consider me. Would definitely appreciate living with people close to my age who have an understanding of adversity. I can’t really afford much as therapy is quite expensive :(
