I'm Greg a very quiet and tidy 66 yo male on DSP, I have lived in shared accommodation constantly for the past few years and I have never missed a Rent payment. I currently share with 5 others and am looking for a shared place around Penrith.

I am a respectable person who can fit in with any age groups. I love cooking, walking, reading, movies, BBQ and a couple of beers goes down well too. Shelly/Manly Beach and the Bondi to Bronte walks are my favourites. I am very domesticated and ensure that I do my part to keep any accommodation clean, tidy, and respectful. I like to meet new people and exchange stories and experiences. I will be looking for a minimum of a 12-month lease. I can comfortably afford up to $300 - $320 pw rent bills included
