Hey there! My partner and I are newbies here in Au (5months or so). We're from the Philippines. I work as a full-time pharmacist intern at LiveLife Pharmacy and my husband has 3 part-time jobs.
Our schedule is mainly work on weekdays, and then weekends stay at home. I study most of the time during Saturday and Sunday.

We are currently staying in a shared house with 2 other people and the reason that we are leaving is because the lease is about to end on March 2024. Also, we want a room that has AC. We did not expect Au's summer to be this hot 😂🥵🌡️

What makes us great to live with?
1. We clean up after ourselves. Wash any dishes, pots, or pans that we have used during meal times. Also we TRY to keep the house clean at all times. Vacuum, wipe kitchen benches, unload dishwasher, empty bins if its full, take out the trash for collection. If we use the washing machine, we make sure to hang our clothes immediately so that other people can use the washer too and machine will not smell moldy.
If you want to have an even split of cleaning tasks we're fine with that as well.

2. We don't smoke and use recreational drugs.

3. We love to meet and socialize with other people, while also respecting the fact that some people also would want time for themselves.

4. We are dog and cat lovers. If you have one, we can watch over them if you need to go on a business trip or vacation. Please just make sure that you clean up after them.
