I'm a 37 year old electrician. My mom says I'm handsome and I have at least a few friends who say I'm enjoyable company. I have 2 beautiful children who live with their mother in Bilgola so looking to stay this end of the beaches. They live full time with her but would love to find a space that they could at least check out if I promise to keep any permanent markers or paint out of their hands while present. I work mostly 6 day weeks. Enjoy surfing, the snow and I play golf, still deciding after many years if I can honestly say I enjoy it. It's been a few years since I've had room-mates that I didn't help create but spent the majority of my younger years living with them.

Pretty flexible with most aspects of potential properties. Just particular about staying this end of the beaches to be close to my kids and need off street parking for work vehicles. They're vans and don't fit easily underground or in most garages but happy to leave me them parked on the street.
