I am neat, tidy, trustworthy and reliable with rent. I don't drink, smoke or party....how boring. :) I like backgammon, poker, chess, MTG and games in general. So if you're up for a game! Looking for a place where the bills are ideally included as it's less complicated that way. Am open to live anywhere in Sydney if close to trains.
