Hi all, I am currently in late 20s. I have done my masters from UOW, Wollongong. I love cooking, keeping the house clean and tidy. I like making new friends and hanging out during weekends.
I am looking for a room with separate bathroom in a shared house for rent (max with 1-2 people) or if anyone is looking for new house to move in, am happy to be a part of it. I can start my lease from 01/04/2026.
Currently, am looking to rent a place in Sydney (Parramatta, Westmead, Granville, Homebush, Guildford, Merrylands, Blacktown). My budget is $250-$270 (with 2 people) & $320-$350 (with 1 person) excluding bills. Minimum lease with 6months stay to max 12months stay is preferred.
I got my personal car hence, would be great if I can get 1 car spot. I almost got all stuff on me such as fridge, tv, utensils, nearly new.
If anyone is looking for house, am happy to share all these stuff with no share cost. I am looking for someone (Indian girl/boy preferred) who keeps the house neat and tidy.
