Clean up after ourselves. Not afraid to do house chores or cook. Always pay rent and bills when owner gives me a date/time.

Clean couple, Easy to get along with. Pretty kept to ourselves mostly. Both have government income until I find a place so I can go back to traffic control work.

Have own car. Prefer to stay in mandurah area. Non smokers. Drink occasionally.

Quiet person too. May have a 1 year old black n white cat. But not with us
