Hi, I’m Brooke. I’m a facilitator/trainer with a fairly structured routine. I’m tidy, independent, and respectful of people’s space. I’m the type to clean up after myself, pay rent/bills on time, and communicate early if anything needs sorting.

I’m looking for a calm, friendly home base (not a party house) with someone considerate and emotionally mature. Ideally I’d share with one other person (FIFO welcome). I travel a lot for work, so you’ll often have the place to yourself, but I’m always up for a chat now and then.

I live for the beach so looking for somewhere close to the wave.
