Dominique

Hi there,

My name is Dominique, a 34-year-old Dutchie (who apparently has young energy, not my own words) and I moved to the Gold Coast 6 months ago for a job.

I work in hospitality fulltime on a fairly regular schedule (mostly office hours-ish).

I'm not in a rush to move to a new place, but I would like to find something suitable within the next month or so. I will travel back to the Netherlands for 4 weeks in June but happy to commit to a new home if it's the right fit and pay rent while I'm away.

My partying years are well behind me and I live a simple and cyclical life with early mornings, yoga, walks, chai latte, and lots of writing.

Even though I do spend a fair bit of time on my own wandering around or just hanging out in my room, I do really like a social house vibe with impromptu movie nights, chats and a shared meal every once in a while.

I don't have any pets of my own, but I do love living with animals. I do have a couple of plants I will take with me when I move into my next home. 🪴
