Hi I'm Rebecca, I'm 38 and a full time Curtin university student; finishing off my last year.

I have a 12 year old indoor only cat, female desexed, chipped and vaccinated.
(I am looking for a place for both of us.)

I am not a party person and I am normally early to bed.
I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself a lot but will come out for a chat on occasion as I recognise everyone's social battery is different.
I like to crochet, play video games and watch TV to unwind.

I typically don't spend a lot of time in the kitchen as I prefer to bulk prep and freeze my meals to eat over the week as is my preferred method.

I enjoy living in a clean and tidy house and will clean without prompting, or requiring a chore roster to be created. I'd hope to live with someone of similar caliber.

I have a queen sized bed, TV/TV stand, PC and desk so the bedroom would need to be big enough to fit these items - preferably 3 x 3.5m room as not to feel cramped.

I have a full rental history and can pass any rental checks required.

I am happy to sign a lease if required.
