Hi, I’m Ben — I’ve been living on the Gold Coast for the past two years and work full-time in construction. I’m very clean, respectful, and easygoing. I’m looking for a short-term place (around one month) after my current lease ends on December 1st, before I head back home to see family.

I like to cook, keep my space tidy, and always pay rent on time. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and spend most of my time working or at the gym. I’m open to renting on my own or sharing with friends if the space suits.
