Hello potential housemates!

I am looking to move from Brisbane to the Sunny coast before Christmas and looking for a long-term lease. I am looking for a new place to call home for myself and my cat Niamh.

I am a friendly, social person who also values my down time as much as a get together. I would love to move in with people who I can be friends with and feel like part of a home and not just renting a room. I am clean and tidy but not military, I am a considerate person and want to create an open and comfortable atmosphere in the home.

I am early to rise and early to bed, I like to keep it calm and relaxed during the week, and then get up and about at weekends, lots of time at the beach and exploring. I WFH most days but will need to commute to the city 1/2x a week, so I will need a room large enough for a desk/separate office space to share.

I am very active and enjoy HGW's, gym classes and long runs. But also love a bit of trash tv and a couch rot session.
