I am originally from Canada, I moved to Perth over 13 years ago and I am now an Australia Citizen. I’m an Accountant, building an e-commerce and coaching business and studying as well, so very busy career-wise. I’m 53 years old and have a small dog named Holly who is 12 years old. She is very quiet, loves all people and animals, doesn’t shed, and sleeps a lot! I’m ideally looking for a private space, ie a Granny Flat. Otherwise happy to share but prefer own room and own bathroom. I also have a car, so space for a vehicle is also required. As I work remotely, I am open to living anywhere, North or South of the river. I love the outdoors, the beach, parks etc. I’m a quiet person who keeps to myself mostly. Very driven to build my business so would prefer a minimum of 6, preferably 12 month rental or more so I don’t have to worry about moving again in the near future! I’ve been renting from a landlord I found on this site over two and a half years ago, but now, unfortunately, she has decided to sell. I need to vacate no later than the 27th of February, so looking to move a week earlier, but happy to move earlier than that if I find a suitable place. I have strong rental references as well, always pay on time etc. I rarely travel, so if you have a dog/pets and need someone to look after them while you're away, I'm more than happy to do that as well.
