I am originally from Canada, I moved to Perth in 2012 and I am now an Australian Citizen. I’m an Accountant, currently working full-time as well as building an e-commerce and coaching business and plan to finish my Cert IV in Training and Assessment later this year. I’m 54 years old and have a small dog named Holly who is 12 years old. She is very quiet, loves all people and animals, doesn’t shed, and sleeps a lot! I’m ideally looking for a private space, ie a Granny Flat. Otherwise possibly open to sharing but prefer my own room and bathroom. I have my own furniture, so prefer unfurnished. I also have a car, so space for a vehicle is also required. I’m a quiet person who keeps to myself mostly. Very driven to build my businesses and finish studying so I would prefer a minimum of 6, preferably 12 month rental so I don’t have to worry about moving again in the near future! I had been renting from a landlord I found on this site almost three years ago, she decided to sell so I then moved into a share house with family of a friend in late January. I’ve been here four months now and it’s just not working out. I am a calm and quiet person and prefer a peaceful environment, which here definitely is not, so I’m actively looking to move. I have strong rental references, for both myself and my dog as well as a recent police check and personal references, if required. I am clean, considerate, and always pay rent and bills on time. I do pet sit at a friends house when they’re away and go to a business conference twice a year, but other than that, rarely travel, so if you have dogs/pets and need someone to look after them while you're away, I'm more than happy to do that as well.
