Emma and Igor

Me and my partner Igor are looking to move up to Sunshine Coast early next year (as early as Jan/flexible) looking for a studio/ private granny flat / 1 br apartment, we love smaller/minimalistic cosy spaces
We both work full - time, my partner is a Chef and I am in finance, we spend a lot of time out in nature/exploring/beach. We are mature, clean, responsible, friendly, respectful, quiet (Im 33 and Igor is 45) We own a property here but want to rent it out and head where it is always nice weather, as we love the Sunshine Coast! We have an indoor dog, Leo, he is 14 year old staffy and rarely leaves my side. Only goes outside for toilet which i typically walk him for toilet breaks as we live in apartment currently so we are used that regime, I know sometimes it says no pets but honestly you wouldn't even know he is there, loves people and sleeps all the time. We would be amazing tenants. Happy to do 6-12 months if that works, or pay a little extra for the fur baby if needed (or trial it).
