I'm on the Disability Support Pension.
Awarded for long-term mental health diagnosises. That are treated and stable.
Somewhat retired.. 😉 the Ausse dream... oi oi oi.

Secured income every fortnight though and rent would be available to you via bank or cash.
I can budget $240 per week including utilities. I'm not too fussed about Wi-Fi.
Bond and one week rent in advance pre approved through Housing S.A. I'd need your signature for that though and I'd be claiming rent assistance, which would also need a signature.

I'm cleanly and like a tidy and organised home. I'm friendly and down to earth. Responsible and trustworthy though I cant help, I am young at heart. Although that does help me to get along with all ages and I love a good ol' Aussie yarn and learning something new. And as I'll be new to you and the area I'm looking forward to joining the local community.

I can access NDIS gardener and cleaner services regularly/ when needed.
I've no children. Or pets at the moment and I'm currently single.
Pets aren't a worry for me though, unless u own a Yucky Icky 8 legged monster!
