I recently relocated to Adelaide from Sydney, where I lived for three years pursuing my music career. I am currently seeking a rental property for 6-12 months as I look for a more permanent place with my partner. I work full time in the city as a costumer service representative, and I'm eager to find a home closer to work since I’m currently residing in the Riverland. I also have a pet cat named Calais, she’s 5 years old and is a fully indoor cat. She is super sweet and is a very placid animal!

I am a reliable and responsible tenant, known for paying rent on time and maintaining a clean and organised living space. I value open communication and am always responsive to any concerns. As a considerate neighbor, I respect the peace and privacy of those around me. My adaptability allows me to handle new situations positively, making me a great fit for any rental community.

As a part time musician, I do all my music and practice at a studio in Unley, so I maintain a quiet and respectful living environment. As me and my partner are very close I would like for him to stay a night or 2 from time to time (nothing regular) I’m looking forward to the possibility of being your new tenant!
