I'm a full-time professional and looking for a private room. I work on weekdays in the mornings, and in the evenings I spend time at the gym. I'm open to any suburb in Newcastle or the Lake Macquarie greater area. Looking for something long-term but open to short-term rentals as well. Rent and length of stay are negotiable. I am clean and organised and take responsibility for maintaining the house. I respect others' privacy and personal space, don't smoke, and I don't have any pets. I am a friendly, easygoing person who gets along with people very well.
