About me: 6th generation West Australian, lived 25 yrs in USA, friendly, clean, tidy, love music, nice, travelled, emotionally mature, single, straight, enjoy hearing people's stories from all over the world, non-religious Christian, independent, children grown and flown, respectful, have respectful friends, healthy, fit enough, love a beach walk anytime and a swim in warm weather, enjoy an evening out dancing, adult daughter and all family in Perth, like watching movies, eat cleanly.
A clean and organized place works for me. Windows and doors sealed against pests etc., a nice place to sit outside, kitchen to prepare meals. Parking under cover would be a bonus.

Pets are fine with me. I like animals and they like me, it's a win win 🙂 I don't intend to have any more of my own.
