I'm always tidy and love to cook and would love to meet new people, Love to keep busy and have always worked, currently live in nsw but grew up on north Stradbroke island with my mum. I only moved here a year ago and I also have a dog but she is a great companion, I would also love to be able to move back near my family and start studying
Hi My name is Warwick. I am a 37 year old self employed (full time) and student (full time). I run a digital services company, as well as an entertainment - news website and study fulltime. I work from home as well as out and about. I never bring clients or study friends home. I'm looking for a laid back social environment but also a place that values peace, quiet and harmony. I bring with me my computer - which I use for work and require a stable, fast Internet connection. I also bring my gaming consoles and plenty of games. I'm a good fit with both older and younger crowds. I get along well with both males and females. I have a steady relationship with a girl that will often see me away for days at a time. Don't worry, there's no intimacy expected at my new residence. We're not able to live together but she has her own space. She is, however, likely to pop in and socialise for an hour or so. She is heading overseas for months at a time. Thanks for your interest in my ad.
I have a bubbly personality, I like to have a good laugh and hang out with people. I'm tidy and like to keep the house clean. I also have a bit of an accent since I'm Hungarian, but it isn't bad I promise haha. I'm looking for some nice people to move in with! :)
We are clean respectful and down to earth hardworking couple ... we enjoy listening to music and having a good laugh together ... we have a parrot that is well trained and loves people of all ages ... not noisy and is no trouble very friendly... we have children that are grown and only come stay occasional visits
A little about me..... I'm a shift worker and work 6am to 3pm Monday through to Friday, I also work in events so sometimes I work nights and weekends. In my spare time I take dance classes, gym sessions and take little random adventures. I'm looking for somwhere to live after I get back from Europe for a short period until I find a stable home would like to live with housemates that are chilled, social, have a few drinks, random adventures.... If you have pets that is a plus, I love animals. I prefer to live with singles with no kids.
From New zealand. Working in eagle farm now so need a place a bit closer to work. I live west brisbane at the moment. Also I have a doberman only 6months old (female) im tidy and work some long hours so im a quiet person to live with :)
Easygoing, honest and communicative, very clean and respectful with no annoying habits. I'm balanced (Libran) and calm by nature. I like riding my mountain bike, digital photography, Latin dancing, fishing and walks along the shoreline. I appreciate chilling out with music, a quality red with occasional laughs in good company....love BBQ's in summer. Looking to share where there's friendly like-minded emotionally mature people in a small household - not a huge house full of students... my party animal days are gone. That being said, I keep active and young in attitude... I'm an awesome cook, have a dry, witty sense of humour and don't have any financial or money hassles. I'd like a room with a bit of space ideally with my own bathroom. I work in Pt Halloran and need to live closer to Victoria Pt as I have elderly parents on Coochie where I will spend significant time visiting and usually stay a couple of nights a week. I fly interstate regularly to visit family, and work most of the rest of the time, so I don't expect you'll see too much of me. I don't wish to subsidise someone else's living expenses, expect to be treated fairly and honestly, as I will treat and respect your space and home. Looking to move in mid to last week of July, but prepared to put a deposit down and move earlier for the right situation. Cheers Nancy Ward-Lansom
Laid back, adventurous and spontaneous! Wine and netflickss are my go to, I'm into retro/rustic things and I have way too many indoor plants but that moi. I'm a very clean person and love my own company, however I do like socialising with others and having a good time. I am a uni student studying Secondary Education, I moved over here from UK 2.5 years ago and love it. Looking to either move in somewhere with other flatmates or find like mined people to rent a place together and become friends :)
Both tidy, respectful yet fun. Both will be working full time. Interested in running, cooking and exploring Australia during time off. We are both Irish veterinarians aged 22 and 26 years old.
We often find ourselves at home relaxing, as we are quiet and keep to ourselves. We are both social smokers (in progress of quitting) and only drink socially. I'm from Wynnum but don't mind travelling to places, and my partner is from Cleveland. We have an adorable 2yr old cat that lives with me. She's fully house trained, desexed, registered and microchipped! Potentially we are looking for our next small home to reside in as my lease just ended.
About me... Easy going.. open minded.. friendly.. clean.. quiet.. non-drinker.. animal lover.. enjoy listening to music.. play guitar (try to lol) .. enjoy camping & fishing (I own a camper trailer that requires a spot)... bit of a tomboy (I have all my own tools) .. I also run my own small business. I was born and raised in the Redlands. About my dog Ruby.. I have a red cattle/kelpie (desexed female) who I love dearly... she is rescue dog with some social issues due to abuse she received before her rescue. I have the mayerials & know how to build a pen. My Story... Due to an unexpected & heartbreaking sepertion I have found myself homeless. I am hoping I can find a self contained unfurnished granny flat/studio. I have all my own furniture, kitchenware, fridge etc in storage & have been lucky enough to get some accommodation on Coochie to the end of July. Contact me if you have something which could be suitable. Cheers Kyl's
Hello! I'm looking for flat-share around IGA Cleveland or easy get there by bus. I hope I could move in at 12 July. I'm from Taiwan and working holiday in AU now. This is my 2nd year here. I travel around this lovely country. Sometimes I'd stay in a place in a few months, because we all need work hard and play hard. I'm friendly, neat and tidy. Cheers, Simon
Immaculate professional seeks granny flat or similar. preferably completely separate unit as I value my quiet time, when I am not at work. Excellent references and full time professional worker in the Legal Profession.
Hi, I'm optimistic and great company, quietly sociable. I'm looking for a place to relax after a long day. I strongly believe communication between flatemates, so issues are sorted before they become a problem, peaceful living is the goal. Georgina
Firstly I have a 10 year old cat who has been de-sexed, micro-chipped and is up to date with all vaccinations, etc. If you are not a cat lover I'm probably not your ideal housemate. Also if you are renting the house and the real estate or owner do not allow a cat then please don't contact me. I have had a few contact me that think a cat can be hidden from the real estate/owner however, I am not the type to lie and then be put in the position of having to move again at short notice. I like to keep my home and myself clean and tidy but not to the point where it makes other in the house feel uncomfortable. I work Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm in the Financial Planning and Accounting profession in a Quality Assurance and Advice Coaching role. I love my career so no fear of me leaving there or not being able to meet my financial obligations. That said if Electricity bills go higher than usual in the hotter or colder months, due to running air conditioners or heaters, and the rent quoted included bills let’s have a discussion and work out a fair distribution of the bills. I feel this is preferable to you being worried about being out of pocket and me feeling like I cannot turn on the air con or heater when needed. I am generally pretty quiet during the week but may have friends over on the weekend for a social drink and a catch up occasionally. I do not smoke nor do drugs and generally only have a few drinks on weekends unless there is a special occasion to celebrate. Generally I study something new over winters to keep ahead at work. This leaves summer weekends free for going to the beach. I have recently completed my first ever half Tough Mudder and have signed up for the full Tough Mudder for next year. I own and ride a motorbike but am certainly no big tough Bikie. I also own the following furniture/home contents: - all of the kitchen stuff you could imagine - 1 x 3 and 1 x 1 seater recliner lounge - 7 piece dining suite - entertainment unit - clothes dryer - fridge - all of my bedroom furniture I am happy to keep and share (kitchen, dining and lounge items), store (if there is room) or sell depending on the housemate and house found. I also have a bit of camping gear so a little space in a garage for storage needed for that and my bike. Ideally I would like to share with someone (or two) aged between 40 to 50 years of age, loves cats, has a bit of space to spare and has a non-conflicting morning bathroom requirements (unless not sharing a bathroom). I look forward to hearing from you if all of the above is not too much of a mismatch for your ideal housemate requirements.
