Looking for a room or granny flat/studio in Wollongong/North Wollongong/West Wollongong/Fairy Meadow or Gwynneville.
I am looking for a room of a decent enough size as I have my furniture to put in. I don't have a bed though, so bed and built-ins in the room would be absolutely perfect.
Preferably female or mature respectful male housemates. I enjoy having a homely and cozy vibe in the place where I live. I like to keep it clean and organized.
I am do like any sorts of pets in the house and I have my own pot plants.
I am 37 years old, working full time in hospitality. I like a friendly chat or to share a meal and at the same time I respect other people’s space and privacy. I like a healthy lifestyle, cooking my own food, going to art galleries, watching arty movies, going for a swim, bushwalk or a bike ride.
I am happy to teamup with a mature and responsible female for sharing a flat or a house.
If you are an owner of a granny flat or a studio please be sure that I will maintain it tidy and neat. I am quiet, do not drink or smoke, don’t have parties at my place.
