Hi, I’m a 37 year old female recently going through a marriage separation and looking for accommodation. We have come to an agreement that our children will reside in the house we own together permanently and do a week on week off roster keeping them happy and with stability. I work full time Mon - Thursday for a company called IFYS dealing with people with disabilities and child safety and would be working from home (in my room on a computer). I would be only there half the time but paying rent and contributing to bills weekly. Hoping for something minimum 3-6 months with the possibility of staying on longer if all goes well. I’m extremely neat and tidy, respectful, honest and a fun person to be around. I love my health and fitness and alway at the beach or doing the mountains. I wouldn’t be bringing any pets or much stuff with me, just a good tenant who will put in effort around the house and be respectful of everyone’s space and privacy.
