Emma and Josh

Hey, I’m Emma, and my partner Josh and I are looking for a place to call home. I work full-time in a financial advisory firm in the heart of Newcastle and am ideally looking for something close to work. I also work from home a couple of days each week, so having a comfortable and peaceful space is important. Josh works full-time as a carpenter.

We’re both easygoing, respectful, and tidy people. When we’re not working, we enjoy going to the gym, heading out for a beach walk, making the most of our weekends, and catching up with family and friends.

We like coming home to a space that feels comfortable and relaxed for everyone. We’re clean, organised, and considerate of others, and we’re equally happy socialising or doing our own thing.

Our ideal housemate would be someone who enjoys a laugh and wouldn’t mind sharing the occasional meal or chat, while also appreciating each other’s space and independence.
