Hi! I'm a single empty nester and I like to live in a peaceful and clean environment. As I value a quiet and respectful atmosphere and am a non-smoker, I appreciate a home without smoking, drugs, and drinking. I also don't own any pets, but am happy to live with yours. I have recently completed two back to back diplomas and wish to relocate back to the Sunshine Coast area (preferably the hinterland) to find work so I can be close to family and friends. I am sensitive to heat, so need a place with air conditioning in the bedroom. I am flexible with the stay length. If you have a place or room that aligns with these preferences, I would love to hear from you! I also clean up after myself and am happy to do my part around the place. I tend to keep to myself a fair bit and in my spare time, I like to get out into nature or visit family and friends. I also like to explore and find new things of interest to me to do around the place I live. Whilst home I like to read, watch TV or work on my creative projects.
