Hi! I'm a single empty nester and I like to live in a peaceful and clean environment. As I value a quiet and respectful atmosphere and am a non-smoker so I appreciate a home without smoking/vaping, drugs, and partying. I also don't own any pets. I have recently completed two back to back diplomas and wish to relocate back to the Sunshine Coast area to find work so I can be close to family and friends.

I am looking for an air-conditioned room with its own bathroom or something self-contained. I really love peaceful life, nature and going bushwalking so somewhere in or near the hinterland would be ideal, however, I am open to being nearer to the beach too.
