Cristina and Mattia

Hi there! We are an Italian couple on our 2nd Working Holiday Visa. After working and travelling aaaall around Australia, we finally decided to settle down in the most beautiful of Australian States: our beloved Tassie 💕 Launceston stole our hearts two years ago, when it all began, and here we are again.
We have lived in a roadhouse in the middle of nowhere, we have camped in the outback where our only mates were the stars above us. Our van has taken us to so many places we lost count, crossing all the 7 States. Now it’s time to live a different life, as the one we were used to back home. A house, a job, going out for dinner on the weekends, a gym membership… Something we used to call our life a few years ago, now we want to recreate that life here. At least, for a while!
We're both non-smoker, don't own any pets or have any kids. We're very quiet people, don't like to party hard. Mattia doesn’t drink at all, but I enjoy a glass of wine or a beer every now and then — especially in good company. 🍷🍻

Mattia is a skilled sparky, passionate about video making, and loves capturing our travel experiences.

I’m a cook, and a big coffee lover — can’t start my day without coffee! This has led me to become a passionate barista as well.

In terms of house vibes, cleanliness is essential to us. We believe in maintaining a tidy living space, and you can expect us to keep things organized and neat during our stay. You should see our van — it’s spotless and ridiculously well-organized!
