Gday, I’m a 29 year old bloke who works full time and looking for a place to call home. I’ve been living in the Gold Coast for the last 2.5 years and love it here. I work full time, sometimes work away, and am looking for a place for just me and/or someone else at a later date. Am willing to pay a couple of months up front if the place is right and if the landlord is unsure about my finances. I’m neat and tidy and like to have a clean house to unwind after a long day/week. I go to the gym a bit, and I try to ride or surf when I can. Any consideration will be much appreciated
