Jacob

Hello potential housemates, my name is jacob a 22 year old he/him with 5-6 years of share house experience.

I have a beautiful 6 month old border collie x groodle pup named Lumi, a very sweet intelligent boy.
He’s my main reason for looking for a new place, my current house isn’t very secure and I worry about him while I’m at work. He needs a decent sized back yard (at least enough for a good ball/frisbee session)

I work (almost) full time doing work revolving around kitchen and bathroom renovations, mainly demolition stuff.
Most days I finish around midday but do work long hours occasionally, and frequently work weekends (although I try to avoid it)

I am a bit of an introvert but can be extroverted if I feel comfortable with someone.
I generally keep to myself at home and spend about an hour each day out walking Lumi.
I like to keep a tidy place and always clean up after myself or my pup. I like to be proud of my space:)

I cook up a big feed every other night, which anyone is always welcome to and I rarely drink alcohol (but can definitely put back a few when the time is right)

I love music and my creative outlet is djing, but am well beyond my party days (I peaked very early ahah)
I play gigs from time to time, mainly bush doofs I try to avoid the nightclubs as much as possible.
I will play a bit of music every now and then but always keep it respectful and inclusive if anyone wants to come have a boogie(or a lesson)

My home is my sanctuary and I enjoy sparking a spliff at the end of a long day to wind down, I hope I get to meet some new people soon and start a new chapter.
