I'm a 48yr old Flying Instructor moving to Sydney for a new position at Bankstown.

I'm very laid-back, respectful and considerate of the people I live with. I value my privacy and independence, and I'm pretty focused on my career and where I'm heading next.

I'm looking for a comfortable, peaceful place reasonably close to work, sharing with one or two people who also appreciate a relaxed, low-stress home environment. I'm friendly and always happy to have a chat, but equally happy doing my own thing and respecting other people's space.

I love animals, so I'd be very happy living with someone who has a cat or dog. The only exception would be a dog that barks constantly — a peaceful home is pretty important to me!

I dont drink or smoke, and have my own car.
