I’m a 30 year old from Scotland and have lived in the Northern Beaches for 2 years now. I’m a project developer for a renewable energy company and am looking for a flatmate or to team up with and take over a lease for a property in Manly/Fairlight/Queenscliff. Ideally you’re clean and social - would love to become mates with my future flatmate.

I’d consider myself easy going, fun and respectful. I really enjoy meeting different people from all walks of life and find it easy to get along with most! I love music, sports, hiking, surfing, socialising, travelling and cooking. My spare time is usually spent at the gym, running, surfing, cooking or out with mates! I’m also partial to the occasional night out as well.

I’d love to find a living environment that is relaxed, social and clean. Look forward to hearing from you. I fully intend to make the most of the Australian weather (coming from Scotland I’m not used to much sun!) so I can’t imagine I’ll be in the flat heaps and I really want to spent my weekends travelling around and exploring Sydney and beyond - of course you’d be welcome to join too!
