Hello,

My name is Rush, and I’m writing to express my interest in the available room/property. I am currently living in the Adelaide hills, but looking to move closer to the city for study and work.

I’m a quiet, respectful, and tidy person currently working in hospitality and preparing to commence Electronics studies at TAFE in February 2026. I’m looking for a calm, well-maintained home that’s well located and suitable for longer-term living while I study and work.

I have experience with share housing and value a peaceful, considerate household. In my downtime I enjoy reading and learning, learning about/setting up aquariums, bike rides/walks in nature, and relaxed movie nights. I’m reliable, clean, and comfortable sharing communal spaces.

I also have one well-behaved, desexed indoor cat named Matthew Junior, who is calm and well cared for.
