I am a friendly, respectful and quiet person who likes to keep my place clean and reasonably tidy. I work full time in libraries. Am a small group socialiser not a party person. I have one small indoor only burmese cat who unfortunately doesn’t take well to other animals. I read, watch TV, grow a few pot plants and sew or paper craft sometimes. Lived in Brisbane for most of my adult life with an extensive blemish free rental history. Please message if you are interested in sharing a house. I am looking to be part of a female only household with one housemate who would be happy to share some meals and chats but also appreciates their own space at times. I have now limited my location as I have signed a lease on a 4 bedroom house I have moved into. I have now listed it with availability from 4 March though that may be flexible. Still open to chat if you’d be interested in sharing, you would have 2 rooms with your own bathroom but on street parking. There are bus stops 10 minutes walk away. A full kitchen and good sized living areas we would share. Rent for this would be $280 a week plus shared bills ( Electricity, Gas, Water & Internet).
