Quiet, independent, Friendly, down to earth and very clean. I work big hours so you’ll probably never see me but when we do I would be down for a good conversation. I pride myself on cleanliness, can’t stand going to bed with a messy house. I’m not a partygoer, although I wouldn’t mind have a few drinks and a BBQ on a Sunday.
I’m a 22 year old female. I’m super clean and tidy, a great cook and live an active lifestyle. I work fulltime, and when I’m not working I’m generally either at home, or at the gym. Not a partier/drinker, and fairly quiet.
Hey I'm Jess- just graduated in a Bachelor of Paramedicine, awaiting my stary date for full time in either Queensland or NSW. I am working full time hours teaching First Aid and CPR courses with SLSQ. Easy going, clean and respectful of common areas. I am also the sports trainer for the local AFL team :) Looking for temporary accommodation, unfortunately I don't have a time frame at the moment so can't lock into a lease.
Hey there! I am a relatively quiet but social person who has to move out of home to be closer to USQ Springfield. I will be studying a Bachelor of Education Specialising in Early Childhood Full-Time at the Springfield Campus and working Part-Time for Goodstart Early Learning. I have shared with 3 and 4 people at a time and was never able to get comfortable due to the fact that nothing in the house was mine. So I figured I would try and find similar minded people to rent a house with and share furnishings. I just want my own room, own bathroom, a place to study and a yard so that I can have a cat or dog at some stage. I also have a Bearded Dragon who will be moving with me. I don't really care about location or house structure as long as it is not over 20 minutes drive to USQ Springfield and has basic utilities. I'd like the place to be as cheap as possible but still as comfortable as possible. About me, I will be working at least 3 days a week and studying full time so I won't be home all that often. When I am home I like to listen to music, watch a movie or catch up on shows and just relax. I don't drink very often (once a week if that), don't smoke or do any drugs and am a single pringle who doesn't go out that much except to meet up with friends. I love gong out to the beach and on adventures and would be down to head out with my housemates or just chill at home with them, I am pretty social but also enjoy my own space. I'm looking for relaxed and easy going people who aren't party animals and are either studying full time, working full time or a part time study and work mix with a consistent income. I'm looking at $350/week and under houses and am happy to negotiate location and sorting out internet etc. So I've worked it out to $175 rent for one housemate, $116 for 2 and $80 per person a week set aside for bills. Please feel free to message me and we can meet up for coffee or something if you are interested :)
Clean and tidy Enjoy having chats, quiet nights in Don’t drink or party
I am a Security Officer working rotating shifts and do UBER on the side. I tend to keep to myself, but am quite comfortable having open conversations. I have a 2 year old son that I have during the day a couple times a week. And though I don’t have any Pets I can very easily live with them (especially Dogs).
I am a 21 year old professional looking to move to Brisbane’s South Western Suburbs between late November and early January. I have been living in the Sunshine Cost for the past 2 years, prior to that I lived in North Qld. I will be studying at Springfield Tafe 2 nights each week to further my career, beginning late January. I have lived in share housing on and off since I was 18, before that I went to boarding school, so I have learnt how to be respectful of my housemates at all times. I am clean and tidy an mostly keep to myself but I do love a good chat a few drinks every now and then. My maximum rent at this stage is $200 per week including bills but I may be able swing higher once I have secured a full time position and know my pay rate before I move. I am a smoker, however respectful enough to understand most people don’t smoke, I will ALWAYS only smoke outside and ensure the smoke doesn’t bother anyone else. I am open to both furnished and unfurnished rooms, however I will need a room that has space for a desk or a desk that is already provided. Because I am studying, I will also require reliable access to Internet. I am able to provide rent receipts and a written and/ or verbal reference from my current land lord as well as a written reference from my current housemate.
Full time Personal Trainer, start part time uni study Feb 2019 but this doesn’t affect income. I work some sort of split shift Mon-Sat generally something like 5am-11:30am and 4pm- 8pm. Non-smoker and massive fan of physical activity/sport, consider myself very easygoing and definitely prefer cleanliness.
Hi, I'm Adrianne and I'm looking for a fellow animal lover to share a place with. I know this is a tall ask as I do have 3 beautiful tame birds which come as a package deal. I am rather a quiet person although, I do love the occasional chin wag. I love to cook and I am also very tidy. My job is shift work between the hrs of 6am-8pm and I occasionally fill in when needed for night shift. If there is someone out there with enough room and open to an instant zoo I do also have an awesome cat and dog. (they currently reside with my daughter) not essential but would be nice to bring them as well. My plan is to move back to Perth within the next 2-3 years, so I am looking to reduce my living costs to be able to save to go home.
Hello there! I am considerate and respectful of others I live with including their property. I love to be in a neat environment. Tend to keep to myself but not antisocial by any means. I am really cool and get along quickly. I have really good history with previous leases and can provide references as well. Apart from that I am a graphic designer but here for studies and work in the carpentry industry. Quite active guy and lives a healthy life.
I’m a quiet, tidy, respectable person, very social once I get comfortable with people. Always do my own thing very independent person. Will have all my own bedroom furniture. I’m also a tafe student (study 2 days a week), Needs to be allowed animals as I have a small dog. Looking for something permanent for the time being so I can build up a rental history and be able to save up to get my own place (which might be while)
I’m Ash, 22, Male, studying accounting and finance at USQ. I work nights at the moment and study during the day. I’m not huge on parties, a nice dinner with some friends is my idea of a great night out or in. I am one of the tidiest 22 years old men you will ever meet without being OCD haha.
I am a laidback 21 yr old, easy to get along with. I work a Full time job Monday to Friday, so wont be home during the day. If im not working im usually at training by 5pm. Im very chilled and easy going and clean up after myself, dont mond chores😉 I'm quiet and respectful when it comes to personal space, though I'm always up for a chat and a drink.
Hi guys, I’m a young professional currently looking for a drama free household to be apart of. I work long hours and train 6 days a week, so you won’t have to deal with me too often! I respect the need for space when living with others & consider myself to be a fairly laid back person & considerate of others so a household with the same mentality is what I’m chasing. Realistically I’m looking to move at the beginning of November, I have my own bed currently so that isn’t a requirement. :) Please be aware I am a smoker, so if this is something that bothers you it wouldn’t be an ideal mix.
Hi prospective roomie(s)! I'm Nikki, 32 years old, currently working for Woolworths at Greenbank. I'm keen to find a(n inside) dog friendly house, and willing to pay up to $180 rent inclusive of bills (excluding food). I come coupled with a dog - he's a small Tibetan Spaniel who only stands a foot tall and weighs in at 11kg. Me: I'm quiet, respectful, always pay my rent on time and I do casual work as a cleaner so you know I'll always be neat, tidy and clean :) Benson: He's house trained, mostly quiet (I say mostly because he's not keen on doorbells!) and just absolutely adorable (slightly biased perhaps).
We are enthusiastic young ladies (Kierstyn is my cousin) who are really easy to get along with. Love to cook, reasonably tidy and easygoing. We both work and kierstyn also studies. We are not loud and don’t party so you’ll be able to live easy knowing we are not going to interrupt your life. :) also looking at the possibility of bringing my beautiful 1yr old cat Luna who is a very easy going, clean cat.
Id say I'm warm though guarded, a good sensibility would be fair to say. Easy to get along with. Treat me good and I'll treat you better! Home for me is a soft place to fall therefore as drama free as possible I'm overall considerate of others and there personal space. I like to keep my environment fairly tidy.. I'm Always happy to pitch in around the place. I really enjoy cooking..
I’ m the mom to live with my girl who will start her senior school in Springfield Anglican College. We need one big room with two single beds or two separate rooms . I will clean the house each two days and I also likes cooking. We need our roommates like quiet and no party and can provide the individual restroom for us . Thanks
Hi I am originally from Melbourne. I am a marketing and communications professional working full time. I am a techie and usually keep to myself on my tech-related gadgets. Sports-minded as well to a certain degree as I grew up working in professional sports. The reason why I'm looking to move is that I'm trying to compromise with my partner. We're too early in our relationship to live together yet where I'm living now is too far away to be there for her when she needs me. She has her own house and will not be visiting very often (it will be me to her). I'm looking for somewhere to live for the next six or so months before we do ultimately move in together. I am a very easy going and laid back individual. I am social but also enjoy my alone time.
Hi future flatmates, My partner and I are looking for a temporary room/ studio/whole place for rent between 3 and 6 months, as we are between houses we would ideally like somewhere furnished as all of our belongings are locked away in storage. Were friendly people who keep to ourselves and mind our own business, but we don't mind a little drink here and there either, were very clean and respectful of others. We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Steph.
I'm clean, quiet, socialable also been told I can be quite humourous, like to chat. My favourite pastime is riding my Harley Davidson, which if I can I'll need either a garage spot, undercover or underground to park. I'm a young 57, I don't think I'll ever grow up, but I'm not stupid either. I like to live and keep a place clean & tidy. I can be your own private security 😎 🇦🇺
I'm easy going, work full time, no drugs, I'm quiet and respectful, I have a 9 year old daughter that I have on weekends,I currently live with my 4 cousins, but as my girl is getting older I'd rather not live in a house full of men with her. I. Don't do drugs, do enjoy a quiet beer after work, I'm at work from 5 in the morning until late afternoon 6 days a week.
