Hey! I’m a 30-year-old Irish guy, working full-time as a carpenter. I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with — I take pride in keeping shared spaces neat and drama-free.

I’m up early for work (around 4:30am) and usually not home until around 7pm, as I go straight from work to Muay Thai training most days, or the gym if I’m not training. Because of this, I’m out of the house most of the day and pretty low-impact during the week.

I’m quiet, reliable, and value a calm, respectful home environment. I don’t party, I don’t bring chaos into the house, and I’m very considerate of other people’s space and routines.

On some weekends, I may have my very young son stay with me for a night. He’s only a couple of months old, very settled and quiet, and would be sleeping in the bed with me — you honestly wouldn’t know he’s there. This would be occasional, not every weekend, and I’m very mindful of shared living.

I’m looking for a place where people are respectful, clean, and easy-going, and where everyone treats the house like a home rather than a party spot.

If you’re looking for a reliable, mature, tidy housemate who’s barely home during the week, I’d be a great fit.
