I'm a 42yo Australian male working fulltime. I'm currently helping a friend pay her mortgage whilst she's unable to work due to serious health issues and going to a divorce while trying to raise her teenage son. Hence why I'm looking to rent a room for at least 3 to 4 months, possibly longer..
I'm anti drugs and not a big drinker.
I don't like to party, but am sociable and easy to get along with.
I'm very approachable and like to live in a clean house with people of a similar mindset.
I maybe looking at renting a home for myself, my friend and I, should her home be required to sell, but not entirely sure at this stage.
I have my own bed, internet ect as well as my own vehicle.
I have landscaping and gardening experience. So I'm quite happy to maintain gardens and general yard duties also.
