Hi,

I am looking to team up with another single woman or single parent to find a rental. The owners of our current rental are moving back to Launceston and we need to move out by June 2026, we have a flexible exit date until then. We are experienced sharing houses and have sub-letted our spare room recently and in a previous home.

I'm currently at Uni studying architecture and sustainable living. I have a son (11 not 16), who stays with me 50% of the time and one well-behaved GSP dog.

I spend my time studying, enjoying time with my son (inc. lots of soccer), walking our dog, gardening, watch movies, and when time allows bouldering, yoga, bushwalking and anything to do with the beach :-)

Ideally like to find a house with two living spaces and a bathroom for each group. If single person could be 60/40 or 70/30 split depending on size of house or if another single parent 50/50 split. Ideally other child would be a similar age.
